SHIPPING POLICY
CUSTOM UNITS

Royal Starr will make any necessary adjustments to the unit (Custom Wigs) within 7 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for all shipping fees associated with the return and redelivery of the unit.

Custom Units are Completed within 12 business days after payment is received.
PROCESSING TIME

Orders placed after 5 pm CST will process on the next business day.

Custom Units (Wigs) have a processing time of up to 12 Business days.

All items in stock will be processed within 5 business days.
SHIPPING TIME

Shipping time occurs after the processing time period has finished.

Expect Shipping Delays due to the Holidays and/or Covid 19. It may take the shipping company longer to deliver due to the Pandemic and/or the holidays.
LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES

We are NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages.

All Packages come with a Tracking Number

We offer shipping options at checkout that gives customers the option to purchase insurance. If the Customer does not opt to purchase insurance, we will not be able to file a claim with the Post office.

Cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of the purchase date. There is a $20 Restock fee for Cancellations.
