SHIPPING POLICY

CUSTOM UNITS

 

  • Royal Starr will make any necessary adjustments to the unit (Custom Wigs) within 7 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for all shipping fees associated with the return and redelivery of the unit.

  •  Custom Units are Completed within 12 business days after payment is received. 

 

  PROCESSING TIME

 

  • Orders placed after 5 pm CST will process on the next business day. 

  • Custom Units (Wigs) have a processing time of up to 12 Business days. 

  • All items in stock will be processed within 5 business days.

 

SHIPPING TIME

 

  • Shipping time occurs after the processing time period has finished. 

  • Expect Shipping Delays due to the Holidays and/or Covid 19. It may take the shipping company longer to deliver due to the Pandemic and/or the holidays.

LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES

 

  • We are NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages. 

  • All Packages come with a Tracking Number

  • We offer shipping options at checkout that gives customers the option to purchase insurance. If the Customer does not opt to purchase insurance, we will not be able to file a claim with the Post office.  

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

RETURNS/REFUNDS/CANCELLATIONS

 

  • All SALES ARE FINAL

  • Cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of the purchase date. There is a $20 Restock fee for Cancellations. 

  • If you would like to cancel, please contact us at Royalstarrbeauty@gmail.com. Please include the order number and amount.
